Below you will find resources from around the mental health + faith world to help better support you as you walk a healing journey. These resources have all been “vetted” by myself and are sound in Biblical theology as well as sound in its application of the way God designed our bodies to heal. I want to offer hope and helps that can support whatever type of learner you are so you’ll find books, podcasts, and other websites/blogs. It is my hope for all who find themselves here that you, too, will be able to rest in God’s love and delight in His Word as His daughter. Press on, Sister!
Transformed You – Hosted by Mark DeJesus, author, coach and former pastor. Mark brings a solid biblical foundation to the practical issues that plague many of our daily lives. He addresses relationships, OCD, eating disorders, mental health, and much, much more. You’ll find a wealth of help through Mark’s resources and podcast.
Wandering Wilde – Hosted by Amelia Lauren, Wandering Wilde seeks to help Christian women become free from the invisible bar often set far above them for what “God expects” of them. She deeply desires that every woman know God more and be known by Him. Her podcast brings real-life stories and helps us see the presence of God in every one of our stories.
Jesus, Justice, & Mercy – Hosted by unlikely friends, Kristen Brock and Kristen Joy, this podcast will address the hurts in our trauma-filled world and seek to offer hope to reconnect those hurting in the church with the real Jesus that sometimes is hard to find inside the walls of our local churches. COMING JANUARY 2022.
Pastors’ Hope Network – This ministry exists to serve all pastors and their families that are in transition, displaced, or going through a forced termination. They help to connect these ministry workers with tangible support such as resume help, counseling/coaching services, and financial advisors to help support pastors during a very difficult season.
