Resources
Below you will find resources from around the mental health + faith world to help better support you as you walk a healing journey. These resources have all been “vetted” by myself and are sound in Biblical theology as well as sound in its application of the way God designed our bodies to heal. I want to offer hope and helps that can support whatever type of learner you are so you’ll find books, podcasts, and other websites/blogs. It is my hope for all who find themselves here that you, too, will be able to rest in God’s love and delight in His Word as His daughter. Press on, Sister!
